Josh made the selling process easy and stress-free. He is always quick to answer questions, never fails to work for your best interest, and is easy to work with. Josh scheduled all of the appointments needed, and even answered questions while on vacation. The day that we listed our house, we had 7 appointments to view it. On day 3 we had an offer. One month after listing the house, we were moved out and had everything wrapped up. If I ever need to use another realtor in my life, Josh will be the top of my list of one.

We are very happy with Josh's work on our account. Josh helped us find the right home to purchase in Athens. Josh is knowledgeable about the area, and the real estate industry in general. Whenever we had questions about the process, Josh was very quick to answer.
