I appreciate Molly’s patience as I worked on building my credit score to purchase a home. She checked in on me to see my progress. And then once I was ready she pointed me in the direction of a lender. She even reached out to the lender again after a few months to see if I qualified for a higher loan.We saw many properties together and each time that I reached out she was available to see properties with me when I requested.

Molly did an excellent job when we were selling our house and buying a new one. She quickly got a firm grasp on what I was looking for, gave us lots of options to review, and helped us stick to our budget. Besides all that, she was just bubbly and fun to be around! She worked around my schedule, and if she couldn't attend a showing, she sent knowledgeable associates to guide our way. If / when we go to sell again, I wouldn't dream of contacting anyone else!

When I apply the above categories to my Summer 2013 experience with Molly, she excels in each area! Particularly in her responsiveness. Molly made me feel as if I could reach out to her day or night, and receive a response in a reasonable amount of time. If she couldn't address my question or issue immediately, she'd always give me an idea of when she'd be able to address it. Her expertise of the entire process was clear, and she has many connections and established relationships in the business. I always felt 100% confident with Molly as my representative in the home-buying process, and I'll recommend her to friends and associates in the future.
