While it took quite a long time to find a place, that was because of the market, not Randy. Houses would go on the market and other offers would be accepted before I even had a chance to go see the property. Randy couldn't have been better. We gave him a list of "wants" and "needs" and he took care to make sure that our "needs" were met, while keeping an eye out to make sure that we still got to see some of our "wants". He even let us go look at properties that wouldn't meet our needs without complaining, so that we could decide on our own that it was "not for us". I would recommend Randy, he went above and beyond, and always kept in contact, it has already been weird not talking to him multiple times a week, since I purchased the house. Thanks Randy you are the best!

Being new to the columbus area we did not know where to turn we were referred to Randy by our mortgage broker who was referred by a friend. From the first call/e-mail we knew we were in good hands with Randy due to his attention to detail, understanding of our wants/needs, and knowledge of the area. This professionalism continued through the whole home buying process. Being first-time home buyers we had many questions and concerns and Randy always responded promptly and in detail. When any minor issues did arise Randy always stepped in and dealt with the issue and provided a solution. We feel that he went above and beyond. People say buying a home is one of the most stressful experience a person will go through thanks to Randy that was not our experience in the least. We are so excited and thankful to be the owners of the perfect home!

Being a first time home buyer, Randy was helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to answer all questions we had and helped my family find a great home. Even though we didn’t know the area, Randy did his best to show us around a long the way
