Amanda is very detail oriented, and her communication was very strong throughout the entire process. During our first conversation she took time to gather information about our ideal home, and the neighborhoods in which we had already been searching. Not only did she send us some great recommendations in the form of MLS database listings, but she was always receptive to the homes we found on Zillow and similar real estate websites. She was quick and flexible when we needed to schedule showings, and her eye for detail really helped to point out things we may not like or things to be wary of while we toured each house. Throughout the process we kept in contact practically every day either by phone, text messages, or email - even when out of town or during hours you may not expect a realtor to be available. The home inspectors she suggested were just as thorough and detail oriented as she is, and the title company was very easy to work with when it came time for closing. We cannot think of a negative thing to say about Amanda or the home buying experience she provided. If/when it comes time to sell this house we will contact her right away.
