Steve and I enjoyed working with her to purchase this place for our son.She went the extra mile to help us out by coming to our house and getting all the paperwork that was needed. Nicole went above and beyond every step of the way! She assisted me in moving my entire family from California to Ohio. Not only was I making a huge move almost completely across the country, but I was also a first time home buyer. Nicole took extra care to educate me on the process and always informed me what to expect next, what potential outcomes my decisions could have and what precautions should be taken before moving forward. I could not have navigated this process without her! She truly took the time to make me feel welcome and secure in my new home and continues to be a resource for me and family to provide a truly seemless transition. I can not speak highly enough of the service she provided.

My husband and i were looking to sell our home, called Nicole and we spoke on the phone and then met, seemed to click and believed she would work hard to get our home sold fast and for more than the asking price and that Nicole did!!. She found us a home in the country and even got her hands dirty on more than one or even 2 occasions. If she didn't have the answer to our questions Nicole would research and find it. Ms. Badik has far exceeded our expectations of what a realtor is. She is very knowledgeable on the market, hardworking and passionate about what she does. Truly believes in making her clients happy. We are very fond of her and glad we have gotten to know one another during this somewhat challenging season of both selling and buying a home. Everything was handled extremely well from beginning to end.Overall our experience was very, very good and we are totally impressed with Nicoles dedication to her clients and the work ethic we saw day in and day out was truly refreshing.

Nicole is amazing! we walked into an open house in a whim not expecting to find an agent or becoming seriously into look that fast, Nicole offered to go with us to a showing that we had scheduled on another home that we had scheduled that night, she closed up the open house when it was over and came with us ! She then actively helped us search for our perfect home with many showings and appointments no matter the time ! She always kept us in the loop with updates and has been amazing sense. She was also amazing on our selling end and was so helpful with that also!
