I originally found the house on Zillow and I was connected with Dan from there. Due to his professionalism,
courtesy, and friendly demeanor, I wanted to keep working with him.
Dan was a life saver in this whole process. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I understood
and when he didn't have an answer to a question, he made sure he found out and got back to me quickly.
These moments were very few, by the way. He knows what he's talking about and I was very comfortable
following any advice he gave me.
I'm not scoring everything high to get through the survey faster. He really did hit all of these points and it
would feel wrong to give him anything less than an excellent rating in all categories. He has a wonderful
combination of being professional, personable, and genuine. I never felt any pressure from him to do
anything I wasnt comfortable with, and he was nothing but supportive through this whole process. I felt that
he was personally invested in me finding the right home and was rooting for me every step of the way. I
would recommend him to anyone I know looking to move to this area.
Dan is the only one I recall working with at e-Merge. However, if he's the kind of realtor you hired, I have
confidence that you have a great team.
When I first started my home search, I was pretty overwhelmed and at times, discouraged. I'd been looking at
listings for a long time and met multiple realtors that I ended up not continuing to work with because I didn't
think we were going find what I was looking for and didnt want to waste their time. The universe must have
felt bad for me because I found the first home I wanted to see in months. I got connected with Dan, we set up
a time to see the first of several homes we'd eventually look at, and when I met him in person I liked his
energy immediately. It almost felt like I knew him already. That's how friendly, courteous, and genuine he is. I
can't express enough how glad I am that he was my realtor. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. In my
moments of being overwhelmed by this whole process, lack of personal experience and finances, he was
always supportive and helped me keep my eye on the goal. I can tell he loves his job and his passion for it is
one to be envied. When I lost out on the first home I bid on, he was sad with me. But he still encouraged me
and made me feel confident we'd find something better. Lo and behold, we did. And celebrated with me too. I

I had a great experience with Dan, after buying my first real estate investment property I will now always buy
or sell through Dan with whatever company he works for. He is very knowledgeable and driven. His
motivation makes him stand out above others.
Dan has a lot of connections which just adds to his overall ability to get the job done while getting opinions
from others.
Dan is always available, I work close to 80 hours a week and would text him at 6AM before work and again at
11 PM and always got a response back.
